I would like to spend a little time recognizing a wonderful Gluten Free bakery.
Gluten Free Creation Bakery is a wonderful resource for everything from baking mixes and flowers to prepared breads, treats and everything 'starch' missing from the average gluten free plate. The founder, LynnRae Ries, was diagnosed gluten-intolerant in 2000. Out of that came a passion or mission to make great food and the gluten free life a bit easier. The baked goods and mixes are enriched with B Vitamins, iron and folic acid. There are many options for those with multiple food sensitivities or allergies. They take so many steps to assure that products are gluten free that they do not allow employees to bring any gluten products into the bakery in their own meals. Some of our favorites include;

Italian Herb Pizza Crust
SOOO yummy with your favorite red or white sauce. Great flavor and texture for that home made pizza. The dough can also make great bread sticks to eat with your pasta dishes.

This cake is moist and the frosting creamy. Great for the chocolate lover in your home.
Everything Bagel
This bagel is topped with pumpkin, poppy, sesame and sunflower seeds with a rich blend of millet, onion and quinoa grain. SOOO good with butter or a favorite fruit preserve.

Hello Judy. I am so glad to know you through your profile on the blogger. I am also glad to stop by your blog "We B Gluten Free" and the post on it "Gluten Free Creation Bakery". I am so glad to know that you have been experiencing in your life God's faithfulness. Just would like to share with you an opportunity you or your teen aged or grown up children can have of coming on a short / long term missions trip to work with us in the slums of Mumbai, India among the poorest of poor to share with them the good news of Jesus Christ to bring hope, future and purpose in their lives. I am in the Pastoral ministry for last 34yrs in the great city of Mumbai a city with great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reachout to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the broken hearted. We also encourage young people as well as adults from the West to come on a short term missions trip to work with us. We would love to have you or your teen aged or grown up children come on a short / long term missions trip to work with us.
