Fancy Cake Needed?

Image
I have amateur cake skills. I bake, I frost, I decorate.....you know, sprinkles and things stuck on top. But if you need a nice cake for wedding or graduation it might require a bakery and lots of cash! I discovered heaven in a box in the freezer at my favorite Basha's store. Gillian's chocolate and vanilla cakes with smooth frosting layer. Keep a long time in the freezer. Taste amazing, rich, moist, like real cake! You know what I mean. Add a few real or artificial flowers, buy some lovely frosting flowers from the bakery and there you go! I spent $50 for a cake of equal size for my sons graduation. It was wonderful but...... This is a more traditional cake. Gillian's Gluten Free Foods
